  This place is great. Bartenders are attentive, friendly, alert and super knowledgeable. Atmosphere is low-key but the vibes are on point. Jeremy and Joon took care of us and they were great!

  In my opinion...Best cocktail bar in Dallas. Not only are the drinks incredible, but the guys making them are even more amazing. Friendly and intersting. Intimate setting is great for catching up with old friends, or making new ones over a classic cocktail done right, or a new creation made just for you. Enjoy!

  Happy hour every time it rains?! Doesn’t get much better than that. They have a great happy hour menu plus the bartenders are very friendly and cool people. Always have a good conversation with them when I go. Order a drink with a big ice cube and watch them cut it out of the huge block of ice that is behind the bar! Seating can be a problem sometimes as Parliament is very popular but somewhat small.

  For better or worse, I'm not much of a drinker. I also have great self-control-- but the drinks here are so good that the beast called temperance stands no chance against the excellent cocktails served here. Each drink is a meticulous blend of unexpected liqueurs; the result is a one-of-kind flavor explosion, analgesic and ambrosial. Just delicious. Also, excellent ambiance: warm and swanky. Indulge yourself.

  Small place with really good drinks. The place to visit for the social experience. I love it because you can hear the roar of many conversations around the room. It's a good place to meet due to the lack of people on mobile devices and social media. The server J.....is the best...deserves all 20% of that tip. She's fast, accommodating and definitely knows her stuff. The only server I've ever had there.....and I plan to keep it that way. Check her out....she's the one with the fluffy hair. Two thumbs up and a kiss.
