Nelson Contreras was my sales rep and he was friendly, informative, and generally very helpful. He made the whole process feel stress-free! He made sure it never became overwhelming, which is important as buying a car is a big event. I was very happy with the deal I got and the entire experience overall. Nelson is great at what he does! I would also like to mention Mark Gaviola from Finance who made sure the paperwork portion of picking up my car went very smoothly! Also, Peter Fleming is a very welcoming manager.
