  I went to court today at 201 Poplar Ave Memphis TN. I parked across the street. As I was going in (the arrow was pointing in) a guy was trying to come out I had to run over a curb to stop from being hit head on.The attendant was not paying attention. She said she would write a report when I got back well she wasn't there.I called to see about getting a report.I was told not over the phone. Whatever ok but the part every needs to know is I talked to a manager and he said the attendant doesn't have time to monitor the lot.They are to stay at the pay station. So customers don't tear it up. So be very careful anything could happen and nobody would care. The orther lots had attendants that we're being very watchful. The way the world is we need to be very watchful. The attendants there should be but their machine is more important than someone's life.One more thing I asked what would happen if a child gets hurt the manager said oh well not his responsibility.He said the machine was more important. He aslo stated some people can't operate the machine so it has to be watched .
