  This is a gated off leash dog run. It's one area that both big and small dogs use, but I've seen mostly small/medium sized dogs when I went. There is a water fountain, hose, trash can, and some obstacles for your dog to climb and play on. The ground is concrete and there's a small dipped area with a water fountain for warmer months. It's usually very clean and the dogs are well behaved. It's right by the water so if you're tall you might get a view. It's under the FDR so it's got cover for rainy days, but there is traffic noise from above that might scare skittish dogs at first.
