  This six level parking structure is the only publicly accessible high place beyond downtown that offers clear views. Great place to watch a frontal storm moving in from the coast, or thunderstorm clouds build up over the Sierra Nevada. The long stairwell is a regular workout area any time of day or night.

  The parking spaces are way too tiny, just like parking structure 2. Parking structure 3 has more space and bigger parking spaces. You can park on the ground level after 11am which is nice because from 7am-11am is carpool only parking.
