  Being right within walking distance of everything mid-town has to offer is amazing. Walk to central park is 3 blocks. Similarly, Times Square, the other direction. Just steps away from Carnegie Hall and a few blocks to Rockefeller Center. Nice accommodations, friendly staff and good service. Super!

  We have stayed at several different hotels while visiting New York and this is the best so far. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is beautiful, the front desk staff were very accommodating. Location is great, just a few blocks from Time Square, Central Park and Broadway. They have two restaurants on site...the Knave restaurant is great for light bites but a bit pricey; however, the ambience is wonderful and it's worth at least one visit. Beds are very comfortable. Only negative was the air, our room was warm the entire stay. Of course, the weather was unusually warm for April...mid to high 70's which may have been part of the problem, but we couldn't get the room to cool down at all. Nonetheless, on future trips to New York, we plan to stay at this hotel again. Really enjoyed...book early for best pricing. Also, it would be worth it to pay a little extra and get breakfast included.

  Thank you for your hospitality. We had great time there. Location is perfect. Burger place inside. Starbucks is across the street. Pool on the roof. Clean, quiet. What else do you need? Another vacation!

  Un lussuoso complesso residenziale Sono stato in questa struttura con la mia ragazza durante il nostro viaggio a New York. Cercavamo il famoso locale Burger Joint e non immaginavamo si trovasse all'interno di questo lussuoso palazzo. Entrati ci siamo trovati davanti a un ingresso molto formale con portieri e receptionist. Oltre a ciò era presenta una lunga fila per entrare al Buger Joint, un ristorante fast food underground praticamente nascosto all'interno. Un complesso molto lussuoso, Burger Joint da provare assolutamente

  Took my daughter to the Le Parker spa and pool today and almost had a heart attack. The changing room by the pool looked more like a Russian airport bathroom than a luxury hotel, with brown spots on the floor, visible mold and chipping paint everywhere. The pool water was so filled with chlorine the whole area smelled and the glass ceiling above the swimmers had big cracks that leaked into the pool - an accident waiting to happen. The “spa” is located in the basement and is, if possible, even worse. I imagine the inspiration for its design to have been the roadside trailers used for bathrooms by construction workers. The staff I encountered was well intentioned but clueless and disenfranchised in that way only an American company can make its employees. Did not like the staff at the underground trailer spa, as I had to argue with them to be allowed to bring my 8-year old daughter into the empty locker room to dry her hair before heading out into the snow. Speaking to a manager on the way out, she was of course unable to help or even construct sentences, really. All this at the bargain price of $100/person (off season discounted from normal price of $150) which I have already disputed with AMEX and will not be paying. Just hope we don’t contract some horrible disease from the arm pit called Le Parker.
