  Would not recommend...my dress shirts were not 100% ironed. Even the collars were off. Worst part is they somehow got a black stain on my new black dress pants. Save your money, clothes, time and go somewhere else.

  The turn over in employees and the language barrier has caused some ongoing issues with this company . I dropped two bags off , 1 bag to be pressed only and 1 bag to be dry cleaned only , I even labeled the bags. The owner asked the new employee that took my bags and order and she denied everything (to keep herself out of trouble). Customer is rarely and mostly Never right . They do whatever they think is necessary for your garments. They dry cleaned all of my items is BOTH BAGS which is NOT what I asked for (I took these clothes to them already cleaned). Dry cleaning and pressing clothes are way different in price. After talking to the owner and her making me feel like it was my fault I was given ONLY a $20 discount on a $205 bill . I will never ever use this company again. They outsource most of their jobs anyhow. Outsourcing to companies you and I could use directly for cheaper. They do not have drive through and the only way to guarantee accurate service is to work directly with the owner, which is a hassle bc most ppl are working during her in store time. I’m disappointed and will never again spend the time or money to use this dry cleaning service . I also had a jacket tailored and it was still coming apart at the seams when I picked it up, yet another issue i had to deal with and another delay in service. If you want quality service , and your communication to be followed through in the way you explained ,,, do not use this dry cleaners. There are several dry cleaning companies in this area, they are a dime a dozen. Dry cleaning shd save you time and the headache of doing your own pressing and laundry... NOT with this company ......

  They lost 3 - $150 dress shirts, they found 1 luckily, and then lost a $300 pair of slacks and then blamed it on me. Didn't seem to care, customer service was horrible. Buttons always missing from my shirts, and blamed me for the pants. Told me I never brought them up there. Proceeded to tell me that i was the only one that had the issue but after I posted on Next Door, multiple reports of people having the same issue. Do not use them
