  I visited the store to purchase some fish, but unfortunately, the customer service I received was very poor. I requested the attendant to cut the fish into steaks, but he became angry and refused to help. This was disappointing and made my shopping experience unpleasant

  The best authentic Chinese and Pan-Asian market in Cleveland's Chinatown. Very complete selection and a great place for hundreds of varieties of sweets and soft drinks.

  The owners are always super nice and friendly. The store has good energy and it’s where I go when I need things even though I live a half hour away.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!! I needed help finding things, but when i asked the staff for help they just kept their backs turned to me, didn't turn around, stayed silent until i walked away, It was creepy honestly. And when i went to checkout, the old man that bagged my items spit on my ice cream. Me and my mom stormed out of there immediately. TO THINK I VOLUNTEERED FOR THEIR ASIAN FESTIVAL FOR 4 YEARS IN A ROW!!! TO THINK THAT I WAS EXCITED TO SHOP HERE!! Worst store award goes to them. Go to the Asia Town plaza, they actually LIKE having customers.

  I absolutely love this place. It's right down the street from my kid's school and sometimes we'll go there after I pick him up. Huge selection, a lot of cool dinner options, and really good prices. Also, I'm just going to point out that some of these one star reviews are either really entitled or people who could have easily fixed their problem by using their eyes before purchasing instead of just grabbing things.
