  I rarely submit reviews but when I saw that Park Tile had a few bad ones I wanted to chime in too. I had an excellent experience and I felt like they cared about my bathroom layout. I ended up picking up some great marble hex tile. They even found my older order (from months ago) so I could color match the grout when I needed to patch in a small section.

  Horrible service, guy is so rude and awkward. Made the whole transaction weird. 2 other families were wondering where we got our tiles from but we are NOT recommending them

  The owner of this shop is a bully. Do not trust his words. You will get a big smile in the beginning but when u try to return stuff, he will linger on until the return date expires and then you are out of luck. Worst kind of service I ever got. Stay away from this place.
