  The nurse, Fran, thinks she's the boss there, she doesnt apologize for mistakes, and when you ask for her manager, she says she is the manager and that there is no one higher to report to. Fran works without passion, empathy, or even sympathy. This place has too many patients and too few CNAs. Most of the employees are frustrated, irritated, and tired. Only reason I didnt give this place two stars is because they have cognitive therapy, which is not offered in many places. It also seems like they only serve canned food at this place.

  The physical and occupational therapists were good. While my husband was a patient there a staffer gave him the wrong medicine despite the fact that he stated several times that he did not recognize that pill and that he does not take anything for what they said it was for, he took it because she was so insistent and he thought maybe he was confused but it turned out that it was indeed not his pill. The place itself was under construction while he was there and the room he was in was nice, newly renovated, and he was the only one in it.

  Its too cluttered with 4 people to a room. Theres not adequate space. Patients with tbi should have their own rooms to deal with the individual needs. Im very upset my fiance has no privacy as well as the other patients.

  The place is okay. The nursing staff is alright. The CNAs some of them don't work with the passion to help their patients. The therapy is amazing tho. But always have to stay on top of staff and absolutely absurd to have to remind professional nurses what to do.
