::The park is clean and the people are friendly. I took my daughter to the park to learn to ride bike on the long straight flat path. I continue to take her there because the beautiful atmosphere.

::Clean lots of garbage cans safe during day fun for walking dogs. Clean playground. No parking. But public rest room are clean. Wish they had more benches. But the homeless would use them all.like. they do now.

::Basically grew up in the Bronx Park . Have been hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, trekking and even mountain climbing, all across the US and Europe And it all began from the lessons learned growing up in this park since the 1960's. Realistically, what's not love about the Bronx Park. Historically, it ran from the East River, upriver through the (present day) Bronx Zoo into the Botanical Garden, passed the Old Snuff-Mill {where the old-timers would buy the best tobacco} continuing to flow up the rapids, over the falls (really a dam built for the Snuff Mill) And leading all the way up about 25 miles to the Kensico Dam, by the valley of the Gods near Valhalla. However shoelace park??? No one who has ever grown up in the Bronx Park, specifically on Bronx Blvd . Has ever even heard of shoe lace park, it is a completely wrong designation of the area. Erroneously conceived by the new alliance. There is however a Horseshoe Park, shaped like a horse shoe, down river a couple miles passed my old house on Bronx Blvd. Right under Gunhill Rd. That's where most of the neighborhood would gather for late night parties and July 4th celebrations. That is actually a small part of the true history of this Bronx Park by someone who actually lived it. Not from reading an incorrect book. Hey, may you always love Nature and be forever Young, like the Bronx River/Park. There is only one, ONENESS, with Love 👍👍👍
