  The park is a great place for a bike ride walk or roller blading session. There are bathroom facilities in multiple spots along the pathway and plenty of benches to take a rest. Some are in the shade so you can cool down on a hot day and some are in the sun if you want to warm up on a cold day. The path follows the river for the most part and connects to Glen Rock, Ridgewood and Rochelle Park if you want to spend time at a duck pond. The Saddle river is stocked with fish in the spring so there are good spots to fish and you often see people fishing. All in all Saddle river park is a great spot to spend some time exercising or relaxing.

  One of many parks we go to and okay with our little doggie off leash. We love parks the more the merrier.

  The trees shade you during a hot summer run
