  The most rude and unprofessional managers. Was told by a manager "you need to drill in the back of your head nothing in this world free." After being told I do not need to pay to park here for an event BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. The manager was yelling and said her employee is fired for telling me that and had another employee had me her phone to talk to her... Never parking here again! Disgusted

  Pros: Is an actual, physical garage one can park a car in. I'm a monthly customer so I don't have to deal with the rude parking attendants. Cons: Have had broken credit card machines for a couple years, now perpetually cash only. Garage is mostly covered with a combination of oil and pigeon dung. The pigeons are never controlled and they dung on our cars, staining the paint. The levels are rarely cleaned. Generally overpriced for the area. Their actual ticket system is set up to where, for example, you park at 11am on Friday at $10 but are charged $50 when leaving on Sunday because there happens to be a Lion's game. Basically the rate can change while you are parked there based on what happens that day, not what the sign says when you enter the structure. Management never calls customers back.

  We attended arts eats and beats and used this garage. Garage attendant was rude to all customers. When I asked for her Mgr she gave me her card! Her name was Theresa Kozak. She told us there was nothing we could do at her. She is an Operations Mgr. Ppl like her should never work with the public!!!!

  Once they finish all the renovations it will be a nice place. Needs to update apartments as well, not just exterior.
