  HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Seriously ? These people dont even look you in the eye when you talk to them and have the worse attitude. Had better service in a ghetto Mcdonalds. Im glad your tip box is empty.

  DO NOT park in this garage. Park Right Corporation is a nightmare. Horrible customer service experience. I parked in this garage for over 3 years as a monthly customer and never had a late payment, always tipped generously to the attendants.... As my auto lease was ending, I called the corporate office and submitted my termination request. We agreed to use my prepaid monthly fee $300 to cover the last 14 days. However, i still got a new bill. When I called its office again to inquire, a very rude woman yelled at me on the phone and called me a cheap Chink, saying that "this is America, if you don't like the way we do business, get the f**k out of my country...blah blah blah...". Never again will I ever park on this place! The worst experience ever. BEWARE, don't ever use this parking lot!

  I came to pick up my car 10 hours early even though I already had prepaid and therefore gave them a good bit of free money. They told me I had to pay extra while I tried to explain that I am coming early, not late. I was in a hurry and it took me 20 minutes to finally get back in my car. Won't go back.

  Not a safe place. Paid months in advance && had no space to park my vehicle. They did give me a option to move to another one of their parking garages, but in a remote unsafe location. On top of that a extra 20 a day on top of what I had already paid to have it reserved. Save yourself time and peace of mind a park elsewhere
