::I purchased this Groupon knowing my trip had the last day fall in a blackout period the fine print no where mentions that Park Plus would refuse to honor my Groupon for the other 6 days of parking. I realized leaving my car I would be responsible to pay the one day plus taxes. When I arrived to retreve my car I was informed they wouldn't honor the Groupon and I was responsible to pay the whole bill. If this is truly there policy it should be noted in the fine print as a 7 day Groupon good for only days that don't clash with there blackout times as it makes the times available to use it severely limited. This seems to be a tactic as I witnessed the two people prior to me in line have the same issue and offer the same complaint wishing to just pay the difference needless to say we were all told to pay the full charge and use the Groupon another time but after this who would honestly every use Park Plus ever again.

::If I could give them a zero, i would. We waited almost one hour to be picked up at airport. And then when we got to the place to pick up our car, the driver of the shuttle broke our suitcase. He took it out of shuttle bus and slammed it on the ground We spoke with the general manager of park plus who told us hes not liable for luggage And there is nothing he can do about it. He also said that we can't prove that the driver broke our luggage. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone and I rather pay more money to keep my car somewhere else. They are not accountable for their actions and who knows what would happen if something happened to my car.

::There was a groupon purchased for this parking. We called the parking company a week prior to our flight and told them our plan. They only said that the groupon would be fine and quoted the price for the days we would be away. Once we got there the night of our flight, they turned us away and said they were too busy to give us a spot and we should have made a reservation with them as well as with the site. We explained that we called and were never told this and they did not care. We had to rush to the long term parking at JFK and heard another customer also having a hard time with their bill. I recommend to never try parking here. Horrible service.

::Since using Park Plus instead of our usual Car Services or Shared Mini Bus - transfers etc. the airport run is much more pleasant and convenient. We ring as soon as we have our luggage and so far longest wait for shuttle has been 15 minutes. The staff are pleasant and helpful and even help with transferring luggage from car to their shuttle and vice versa!! Highly recommend this Parking Company!!

::I've used Park Plus for 2 years after trying other parking services that drop off and pick up. In my experience they have held up their end by being affordable and professional . Drop off has always gone smoothly and pick up can sometimes take time,. You have to remember #1 you may not be the only person/persons being picked up, other patrons, other terminals.#2 traffic is always an issue. I've had No issues with personal property being disturbed. When I do call to ask questions the persons I've spoken to were courteous and helpful. I recommend their service.
