  Needed a navigation upgrade. Called service center. I was on hold for 20 min while they checked on a price. Was then given a web link to Bosch who replied back that they ONLY dealt with the dealership. This is INSANE!!!

  The engine light came on, so I took my Smart car to Park Place since not a lot of mechanics near me know a lot about Smarts. Well, they thought they saw a sucker pull up, what with me being a blonde and a woman. After they run a 189 dollar diagnostic which took days for them to do, they then tell me that it will be 2800 dollars to fix. Oh, and they just so happened to find other problems with the vehicle. Well, through some research and good luck, I found someone in Arlington who knows about Smarts. I take it to him. 1, the problem could be fixed for 1900 dollars. 2, all the other things Park Place tried to tell me needed reapired, which would just so happen to make the bill sky rocket to 5200 dollars, did in fact not exist. BEWARE this dealership!!!
