  So many places to explore, family fun, fishing trails, hiking, open fields, privacy, tucked in the middle of everything. Great alternative to other popular parks. Check it out.

  This park is a really wonderful place! Been coming here a long time now. Clean and Plenty of trails to run/walk or bicycle on. Playground, row boat rental on the lake, no houses to see so it's private/romantic time. You can fish in the park. You just have to make sure you have your freshwater license. There is a park ranger station on the premises so there always patrolling around keeping an eye on things for our saftey. Big baseball fields and picnic/ BBQ areas with big restroom facilities and more then one in more then one place. The long island steamers are also found in this park. ( small trains to ride on with the kids) yes real trains. Just very small versions, but live steamer trains! The trains take you around a section of the park. Nice safe place. I recommend this to anyone that just wants to relax and look at nature and birds and all and have a fun day.

  Beautiful and scenic park with with lots of room, great trails and many amenities. Not at all crowded. Hidden gem.

  Beautiful park. Dog friendly. Nice wildlife and ponds. Ducks swan deer. Picnic areas. Drive slowly! 10mph sticky enforced.
