  Dirty looking, old tents

  This is a park? Looks more like a rapist wonderland. The path along the road is a common jogger and commuting route for cyclists yet the path is often full of dirt, debris and garbage making it dangerous to run and ride on. I got a flat tire on my bike here twice from metal and broken glass debris. This "park" needs love.
