  Some of the best mountain biking on long island. The trails are well maintained and allow for intermediate to advanced bikers to go as easy or hard as they want. The woods are beautiful and wildlife abounds. Make sure you stop several times to enjoy the moment.

  Great trail loop which take ~45minutes - 1hr for beginners to complete and is moderately difficult at points. Would recommend Stillwell first if you have never biked before.
