  I had never been here until last summer. What an odd little place but pretty cool and real quiet. Was told to go there to fish. Not a great fishing spot but a good place to go and hide from your family and kids for a couple of hours.

  Open park,with different sections.. Just saw a tagged deer eating cat food that was left for a colony of about 20 strays that stay here... There have been 2 male deer that have been coming here on a regular basis and eating all the cat food.. Also i mentioned earlier that the deer was tagged,this is an indication to vets that this deer is healthy and has been spaded.. This is a new approach that they're trying out on staten island to curb the procreation problem on staten island..
