  Don’t swim in the park people. Look at the old new articles. It’s not safe and someone died in the lake when he decided to jump in it a while back.

  Lovely lake that I visit frequently and take granddaughter to feed the ducks. I've never heard gunshots as per other review. Yes, it's in an area that's not as affluent as others but it's still a nice little park.

  Where's my brother-in-law fishing to Lake Como and was very peaceful and quaint didn't catch any fish but still enjoyed the atmosphere.

  Used to be great for bass fishing, but lake had a fish kill and hasn't rebounded. Would love to see TPWD restock the lake, but until then this lake is dead

  I have fished both sides of this lake and usually catch something. Even took my blow up paddle boat out on this lake. Yeah theres some trash ans its definately not a swimming lake but is peaceful fishing and I've never felt in danger while alone or w/friends. Plenty of open areas to run and play.
