  Kid had a blast, the Park's equipment was in excellent shape. However, the water fountains we're broken. The bathrooms were a disaster to be expected.

  Haltom Road Park is a great park for a leisurely stroll, picnic with family or friends, or just a place to relax on the grass and soak up some sun. There is a nice play structure under lots of shade and picnic tables nearby to keep an eye on the kids. I love that this park is adjacent to a nice creek; it's a great place to take the dogs and splash around.

  This park has really went down hill since I was a kid. I hate the new design they gave it, and a couple other parks in the area, a few years back. There's no place for kids under 10 to really play except a crappy little slide set & the swings. That "jungle gym" definitely needs remodelled Haltom!! It's a great park for walking or playing sports in the large field though & has restrooms available. The new monument being built is really nice but I just wish they would've remodelled the playground first!

  This park is great for walking or running and also has a really big field for other sports. There is also a really neat monument for the armed services and Haltom City Police & Firefighters.
