  Couple of basketball hoops, rough pavement, and some open grass. Just a standard park in suburban Poughkeepsie that has seen better days.

  I grew up a few houses away from this park. I loved it as a kid. It has always been run down and dirty but as a kid I didn't care. Now you go there and there is beer cans and garbage. Broken glass all over tennis court, which NEVER has a net anyway. It's also a low spot with a large swamp and stream in park. So it's always very wet and muddy. All the taxes we pay in Poughkeepsie and this park is a joke. Most other town parks are gorgeous... Not this one! It's sad that the local kids have no safe place to play without getting very dirty, cut on glass, or pricked by a drug needle. Sad.

  It's a nice quiet place and there's a portal potty and picnic tables.

  Just an average park in the Spackenkill neighborhood. Nothing too special here, if anything come here to shoot some hoops.
