::Who knew NJ had waterfalls? This is a great stop of you are passing through or just want to appreciate some nature and forget about the city. The area is small but we'll maintained and the viewing area is plenty big for everyone. The falls are loud and spray water everywhere. It's part of the fun. No need to drive all the way to Niagara. This is good enough.

::Great foliage, awesome waterfall right in the heart of Paterson. We got there and the grounds were covered in beautiful flower petals. Definitely visiting this park again next Spring. On the flipside there is some litter , we did our part and picked up what we could and if everyone that visits does their part it will be perfect in no time. I would not pass on this and will visit again.

::Patterson Falls are amazing. Take a drive through the diverse neighborhood of Patterson NJ to get to the falls. You have to witness pure awesomeness. A true combination of mother earth and engineering coming together. Feel the mist and hear the river crashing down the falls. See and hear all the amazing building structures speak to you about the history of Patterson. Your kids will love it! You will love it! There are park tours with the Ranger. The park is getting upgrades to make it even more beautiful. Enjoy!!!

::Nice getaway place from hustle and bustle of busy city life. 77ft fall is good and at times you may see formation of rainbow as well (like we did). Viewing area is near to parking area and mostly clean. You can walk into the park via a small bridge and take couple of good snaps from there. There is a road adjacent to the park that takes you down towards woods and near to the river. this will offer couple of good spots for nature lovers (caution: Place may not be clean at time of the year) Place offers public rest rooms and some history surrounding individual spots. Caution: Place may not get top points when it comes to cleanliness.
