  Great the first time. I was a new paying customer. They went above and beyond to make a first impression. Terrible the second time. "Am I in the right office?" I had to check the sign on the door to be sure (and never returned) First impressions aren't lasting impressions. My experience = 50/50. It's a crap shoot. Roll the dice and hope you catch 'em on a "good day."
