  BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have always bought cash cars, cause to be honest leasing is scary, but this was an awesome first time experience. Joe D'Angelo helped me pick out a car that fit me and my family. He made sure I liked it and that I was happy. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision but he managed to completely change my mind about Ford. I have never been a fan of their cars but I am now. And after Joe did his part Carlo Aguilar in the financing department put in over time to get me a great rate for my first time leasing anything. I was originally looking at a 17% APR but he worked magic and got me down to a little over 9% and a better leasing term. I do believe I'll be coming back to Park Cities Ford Lincoln for all future cars and referring everyone i know

  Robert Mahoney has been absolutely amazing through the whole process of getting my Lincoln done! I took my MKC in for maintenance, and he quickly let me know what all needed to be done on my car. I also got a loaner as my car was being fixed, and he updated me on a daily basis so I was never in the dark. He has definitely taken care of my car and my experience with this dealership. I would highly recommend taking your car to Park Cities for any maintenance. They've won my service!

  Wow, I bought my very first brand-new car from Park Cities, and they have my business for life! Reid Landers is an awesome salesperson, very professional and respectful, and I make it a point to go in and say hi to him even if the car's just in for service. Because of the experiences I've had, I bring them all of my vehicles for service now. The whole dealership is top-notch!

  My father and I have been customers of Park Cities Ford for several years in fact my last 4 cars have come from this location, our loyalty is due to the excellent customer service that we receive along with the consistency of finding us a car that suits us financially. My last visit ended with a wonderful surprise as I came in to get my car serviced, for I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for maintenance, they too do a wonderful job in this department. While waiting I decided to take a stroll around the lot at this point I was greeted by Carlos Sierra a salesman of the dealership, I expressed my love for Mustangs to him as my previous car was of the older model a 2011. Long story short i test drove a 2015 and fell in love all over again, with the help of Carlos and our longtime car salesman Joe, who too deserves an award for salesman of the year, I drove off the lot much happier than when I first arrived. I absolutely believe that my loyalty to Park Cities Ford will continue for years to come as all experiences have been delightful.
