::Great park! 121 acres bordering Montclair, Glen Ridge and Bloomfield. Paved walking trails, rose garden, tennis courts, archery and ball fields, dog park, running track, children's play area and summer concerts and occasional arts and crafts shows. Plenty of parking on the LEFT side of the roads and in 2 lots. Safe and beautiful. Highly recommended. Note: hours are daily dawn to 9 PM, speed limit 25, both enforced. Drive slowly!! Pedestrians, cyclists and deer cross the road frequently.

::Such a great park! It has various sports fields and courts, great playgrounds with age specific areas, beautiful landscaping, and well-paved paths throughout. It would be a great place to spend a whole day, walking, having a picnic. Only potential problem is the port-o-potties, as a proper bathroom would be preferable if there with children. Also has a fenced dog park! I'll be back, for sure.

::Big park with lots of amenities: big green fields for soccer, rugby, baseball, etc. There's also a professional running tracks and some other walkways through the park where you can run. Furthermore a beautiful playground for the kids. During the weekends it can be quite busy here, so parking space can be limited. Only things missing is decent toilets (seems like they are renovating these) and perhaps a nice coffee café or bistro. Other than that: my fav outdoor running place in Bloomfield!

::I really like this park great for children of all ages. There are portable bathrooms location all around the park in addition to a regular restroom area located near the playground. I've never grilles her but there is a section specifically for that if you need to.

::I love this park during all seasons. There's so much to see. Archery, Rose Garden, tennis, soccer games, walking trails and two dog parks. The trees are absolutely gorgeous during spring and fall. There's a brand new track as well as a year old playground for the kids. I feel fortunate to have this park so close to home. In the summer they have concerts and art shows.
