  This park is one of the Bronx's hidden gems. Our family loves coming here whenever we get a chance. There are no residential buildings around, so there is little foot traffic which keeps it clean. Lots of grass, open space, beach area, sand volleyball, fishing pier, handball and basketball courts, playground, outdoor stage and seating facing the water, floating pool in the summer.

  I've always loved this park. Has sprinklers , basketball court, great waterfront scenery for running and exercising. Bathrooms are horrible though. Be prepared to not have a clean functioning lavatory. However, the Park is changing due to the congregating crowd hanging out on the side of park blasting their loud music, drinking and smoking hooka. Weekdays definitely better than weekends during the summer time.

  Love coming here! I often like to show off this park to my friends and they honestly can’t believe this park exist! Beautiful view and a hidden mini beach 💕

  Its very quiet . A good walk to get away from everyday problems. Or just sit and enjoy nature while looking at the dirty city near the horizons
