  Dr. Leitman is the best primary care physician I’ve ever encountered. BUT, the office is a disaster. You cannot connect with a human on the phone. Left messages are not acted on or returned. They claim to have an online “patient portal.” It doesn’t really exist. Forget trying to get a prescription renewal. I am so frustrated that I’m close to looking for another primary care physician, even as much as I respect Dr. Leitman.

  Doctors and staff are all extremely professional and pleasant to interact with. Some of the negative comments are obviously from people with self issues

  Dr. Berman is fantastic! And the staff here has always been nothing but courteous and helpful.

  This place is getting worse by the minute. I have been going there for several years and I have witnessed the terrible way it goes down. I have called not one or two but several times concerning my medication that has never been sent to the pharmacy. The front desk staff are the most unfriendly people on the planet. Their web portal is a disaster, it never takes your password and you can never access it. The most important issue is that doctors are not consistent with calls after lab results. You have to chase them . I am ready to go to another practice where they have better service to patients with health It has become to me one of those places that you fear to go to because you know you are going to get aggravated.
