  I never thought getting a lease would be this easy until we met Andre 3 years ago. Because we had such a wonderful experience, we were back again and the process was even easier.   Claudio, and assisted by Dan, were amazing in getting me back on the road. I live in Connecticut, and had a blow out in my tire (run-flats) on a Saturday night in the NYC area. I was able to drop off my car early Sunday morning. They called me in between my surgeries in the operating room, and arranged for all matters at a 120 mile distance so I would not have any inconveniences. They took care of all the issues with the paperwork/warranty, and informed me every step of the way by text, email, and voicemail. I have not seen such thorough intervention in a long time. Relative to my dealership in CT, this is a far superior system of care in place. I would recommend strongly the aspects of care at this facility. They have certainly gone above and beyond the average. They made my life easier and safer.

  Worked with Marlo over the course of two short days on pricing and terms for this amazing car and ended up with a great deal and a fast, easy leasing experience. I would highly recommend her as she was knowledgeable, friendly, straight to the point and always looking out for my best interest. Tony Jara in finance also helped to explain all the paperwork and leasing info while Carlos Mora excellently prepped and explained the car itself. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

  This is the fourth BMW dealership I have interacted with in the NYC area and this experience was by far the best. David was warm, friendly, professional, and efficient, and landed me in the car I wanted at a fair price. I would check around and then come here for the best outcome. Top recommendation.
