  Parts monkeys show them part you want and still get wrong part morons. Went there this Saturday to get a party for my son's Acura and found parts closed even though their web site and the sign says that they are open till 4 pm and it was 3pm receptionist didn't even know for sure why parts was closed. When she went for information was told oh yes they no close at 2:30, maybe you people should update your info instead of giving a smart answer when all saying we are. Also called and left, GM a message that I wanted to talk to him about it but no call back, gee wonder why the dealer runs the way it does. Told my son he will NEVER get another Acura and since I pay for it they can choke on it! Worst customer service ever. I would expect to get the same level of CS as I do at land Rover or my ex at Lincoln, but they far out class this dealership. Stay away unless you like being treated like garbage!

  Very happy with their care for my RDX. I was taken care of immediately, and as I was told it took just about an hour. Washed and vacuumed my car. And had a great cup of coffee while waiting in the comfortable waiting area.

  A very trustworthy dealership. They've always been polite, kind and understanding. Never tried selling me anything I didn't need and always take good care of my TL. Clean waiting area with lots of goodies and some great staff. Highly recommend taking your Acura for service here.
