  I just leased a 2018 Acura RDX AWD; Curtis Lewis was my salesman. From beginning to end he surpassed my expectations in the level of customer service he provided. Curtis was attentive and responsive throughout the leasing process. He definitely went the extra mile making sure my paperwork including my new insurance card was ready upon my arrival. I told him he has changed my mind about the car buying/leasing process. This was actually fun! I can remember when buying a car meant feeling anxious due to high pressure salespeople and sitting at the dealership for 4 hours or more. I was only there an hour. Upon leaving I took Curtis' business cards and I will be recommending him to my co workers, family, and friends who are looking to buy a vehicle. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Curtis. Thank you Curtis and thank you Park Avenue Acura, I will be a lifetime customer!

  Justin Felix was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, efficient, and just an overall pleasure to work with. I have leased well over 10 cars and by far, his service was the best I've ever encountered. I had the pleasure of working with Poppy Carver as well, and she was fantastic. Poppy is the reason I decided to re-lease a new Acura TLX. I would highly recommend Park Ave Acura Sales and Service departments, especially Justin and Poppy.

  My husband and I heard about his dealership through a friend, hoping to get the same service he had received. We could not have asked for a better place to shop for an Acura. Jonathan, our sales representative, was absolutely excellent. He took all our concerns, and needs into consideration when deciding on what two vehicles would fit us best. Everyone was courteous and very attentive.

  I don't usually leave reviews, but it is my pleasure to leave this one. Curtis Lewis has walked me through the entire process from countless inquiries all the way to picking me up from the train station so that I can pick up my car. Probably like most, purchasing a vehicle is a complex process of timing, getting all the financing together, finding something you really want, and then getting down to the bottom line that everyone agrees with. Curtis has gone beyond all expectations to deliver. He was very upfront on pricing from the very beginning, offering me great rates on leasing as well as the very best price of a vehicle I ended up purchasing. Nothing hidden. Just straight-forward really great deals. Who'd thought one of the most dreaded experiences, buying a car, will set a standard for anything else I will purchase. Coincidentally, a friend of mine in the Bronx has been dealing with Curtis for a few years now. He also has glowing reviews for him. Thank you Curt.   Going to a dealership is usually a nerve-racking experience. I have had a few bad experiences during this long search, which started in December. I finally decide to go with an Acura, after visiting my brother, who has his 3rd one. Curt greeted us warmly but sincerely when we entered the showroom. He was very patient with us. The test drive was a pretty long one, which helped me make up my mind as to either a 4 cylinder or 6. Of course, I went with a 6. They even were nice enough to give me some money for my 15-year-old car. All in all, I am still basking in the New Car glow, and do not regret anything about this transaction.
