  They are No longer selling this park. The city of Carson did not allow the land owner to sell this land for redevelopment. It's all public record. This is affordable living at is best! Great managers Rocio and Jenny are very understanding and they are the best thing that happened to this park. The space rent are extremely affordable and under rent Controll through the city of Carson.

  Park avalon is a calm place to live everyone is nice and managers from the office they are super friendly if you need something they will help you yes I recommend people to live here in park avalon mobile estates

  No stars a bad place to do business with the city of Carson went to close the park and the owner wants to sell it too so he could get more money

  A relative lives here and they are selling the land to build high rises so that's sad on the owners part as I am not a fan of gentrification. I guess they must have offered them a lot of money. Everyone has a price. Eventually.
