  Took my Nassau County Lifeguard recertification test here twice. Boy do I hate that test. But i passed. Pools are nice on the small side but it's a salt water pool so no chlorine.

  It is a great place for families. It has shallow pool for the little kids, that is free. It has playground, showers, nice dunes while walking to the beach and the most importantly you can boogie board. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is when the summer camp Ancor starts half of the beach is closed and you can't use the amenities.

  Big beach and camping area. Lifeguards are very carefull. Car park is big. Showers and toilets could be better. And there could be some snack automats.
