::Facilities are very well kept up. Staff is friendly and very knowledgable. My wife and I recently got an excellent couples massage.

::PROS: Nice ambience, friendly, welcoming staff at the front desk and in the spa area. CONS: Overall it was a poor price per value. Very poor quality massage; It was rushed, shallow, and invigorating (the exact opposite of the interned), and the therapist was quite abrupt and impersonal. Now, this was my first experience here or with this chain so I can't speak to their consistent behavior, but this was a bad first impression. For all I know this could have been an isolated thing.

::I went to the Mandara in mid-March for a Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing facial. It was the best facial I've received in my life! My skin, which is acne-prone and sensitive, was glowing for 2 weeks afterward. The products they used were fantastic. I wish I lived closer and had the money to indulge myself every month - as it is, I'll make it a point to visit the Mandara every time I'm in Vegas.

::My sister and I went to get a "polish change" before her wedding 3/17/17. They literally did nothing but that, barely even filed a nail. The cost was outrageous $25 for hands $25 for toes, (yes I understand it is Vegas) they also arbitrarily added a 20% gratuity. Not only did we wait for quite a while since they overbooked the lady doing our nails, but the polish was chipping the very next day! When we left they hustled us out the door indicating that they had taken care of cashing us out (they ran my card prior to the services being provided). When I checked my bank statement two days later, I had been charged $96. Apparently painted french tips bumped the price to $40 per hands and toes! Although, during the process we were not made aware in any way there would be an additional charge, nor were we informed when we left. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is the fact that when I called and complained they were helpful and prompt in returning the erroneously charged $36. If you are thinking about going here for whatever reason... Don't.
