  Food is excellent. Staff make you feel at home. Pies are great. Prices are reasonable. Will be back.

  Old school scratch cooking and baking. Great spot for breakfast. The food is delicious and a tremendous value. I really like their cornbeef hash, which is amazing. Service is very fast and friendly as well. Nothing at all nice about the location or decor, but somehow it still adds to the experience.

  Good basic breakfast food but this Fort Worth icon isn't what it used to be. Breakfast menu hasn't changed in over 15 years and to keep prices low they went to a cheaper (and less tasty) coffee. When you need a refill often the waitresses are outside smoking so you may need to serve yourself. This place could be so much better with broader coffee selection, some new menu items and a makeover, revitalizing its iconic role as the best breakfast place in town.

  Great place! It has been here for years but I just found it. Food was great for little cost. Highly recommend this jewel of a restaurant.

  It's really really good. Fairly cheap. It has an old diner feel. The waiters have large sections and don't really have time for "flare" or stupid questions. Order you food enjoy it and move on.
