  Their customer service is lacking severely. We went in one night to get something hot to drink because it was so cold. My brother ordered hot chocolate, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. I am unable to drink milk but I can have half and half. I usually mix it with almond milk. I asked for this combo. The girl behind the register let out a loud 'oh my god' with a disgusted tone. She repeats the order as if she is shocked. I replied, yeah just mix it. Since I am paying for it I didn't see an issue with what I asked for as it's been done at other Paris baguette stores. She walks to the back to relay my order to the other employees while it's being made by another employee. Still being loud mind you. It's about to be 2018 sweetie, I refuse to raise my voice or act up in a store. Nah, leaving a review on Google or yelp is much better. Here's a tip, never speak about a customer when they are still in the store and keep your opinions to yourself. You're young so this isn't a career for you, it's practice. It's supposed to teach you how to deal with the public, but you met the right one. Instead of turning up in the store I will use a different platform to teach you a lesson in customer service, because the next person won't be as patient or understanding as I was. Stay in a child's place if you don't know how to behave.

  Atmosphere is clean and pleasant.. Food is great, customer service in on point..Totally loves it here..

  Unique take on pastries and sandwiches. Fresh sandwiches, cakes are better than most Korean bakeries. Should get there before 9 AM to get best selections for breakfast. Coffee is above average. It's a fresh alternative to Starbucks 😊

  Me and My friend visit here after college often. We usually get the pudding and croissants, but everything here seems so delicious! I want to get the strawberry cake next time. They're usually on top of things but I did notice fruit flies in the strawberry croissant last time I went. I brought it up to the cashier but they didn't take it out.
