  So far my experience has been less than enjoyable. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude. When she was talking about pricing I said "price is not an issue" she replied with a very rude "we'll how did you get that to happen?" I continued with our discussion about her services and she just got more rude and snoody with almost every sentence. At one point I couldn't tell if she was being serious or sarcastic. if i could give no stars i would 100%

  Terrible Owners **BEWARE** On the outside this place looked like the perfect spot for my fiance and I to start wedding invitation shopping. We were both very charmed by the interior, but as soon as we met the people behind the store, it was a nightmare! They shot down every idea we had. They we very unpleasant and made my fiance feel so uncomfortable in a time where we should be having fun. Its a shame really. So much potential here but terrible customer service.

  It's a beautiful store with lots of ready-made unique stationary and diy stationary novelties. I wish they had more antiques.

  my favorite place in the world, its like walking into my imagination. every nook & cranny holds treasures, and its easy to get lost. perfect for already made- loveliness & for diy nerds & paper people like meee

  I had THE BEST experience designing invitations at Parcel! Nancy was fantastic to work with - she made it fun and stress-free. Her prices are reasonable and she and her team could not have been more accommodating. We were thrilled with how everything turned out.
