  If I can write 0 star I would. I’m not one to write reviews but this is necessary info for those going to this place for the first time. I was sent there for an MRI from my pain management for a scheduled injection. They sent me to collection without receiving a letter informing me so and my account was an accident case which I provided them my attorneys info to bill. They also informed me that my mail was all coming back as a bad mail and they did not have my attorneys info or insurance.They never even tried to called me to review my account. I do collection at my office, phone calls and letters are suppose to go out but none of that was done. I simply found out from my Amex ACCT that my credit score dropped from 777 to 712 in April just happened that I saw my attorney and we went over my bills and she informed me that Paramus imaging is ruthless with billing as they have done it to some of her previous clients so to give them a call. So I called their collection office and someone informed me I was sent to collection and that I would be taken out of collection since they have lacked to have my attorneys info on file even tho It was provided it. Then 2 weeks later, I called and followed up and it’s still not done. I Spoke with James from their billing department and he was not helpful but rather dismissive and pointing the finger at me for not getting my mails and telling me I should talk to my post office. Im now spending several phone calls between their office and the collection agency to rectify my account. I have never been sent to collection and because of the lack of effort on their end, it has got me there. If they had just called me, this would have been taken care of.

  This place is absolutely horrible. Been here twice (stupid me giving them a second chance) and both times it's been the same exact experience.. They run hours behind schedule and never give you any notice of their delays. If you do ask them they will just lie to you and say they had an issue with the last patient and that's why they are behind. Don't believe them, that's just their scam. When I confronted them about it last time all of a different the story changes and they were behind all day which means they either lied to me initially or they lied to me the second time. When I call them out on it then I'm told I'm being disrespectful. Never again. Horrible office with an even worse staff.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hours are very convenient. Highly recommend.

  Great facility, they were able to schedule me really fast because they had an opening at 11 pm got there at 10:45 and I was out by 11:30 I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

  I was just there this afternoon. I was very uncomfortable about going into an mri machine. Unsure of doctors name but she & the nurse made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation for me. Explained I was nervous and someone came inside the exam room with me and held onto me so I wasn’t alone. And the doctor was talking to me making sure everything was ok the entire time. It was a lot less nerve wracking because of that. Wait time was about 45 minutes which made me more nervous so would have been better if shorter wait time. Also parking its not the first building it’s the back building. Overall would recommend this place not sure what other reviews state.
