  We dropped off car to be evaluated by adjuster in order to obtain a check for the damages. We were told multiple times by the owner, Mike, that no work would be done to the car before approval. Days went by without any calls or updates on the status of the car. When driving home one day the car was visible on the lot and it was clear that work on it had been commenced. This work had been done before we even received a copy of the adjusters report on the car, leaving absolutely zero time to negotiate the quote, the use of OEM parts on the repair, and aftermarket additions on the quote that had not been accounted for. When we decided to take the car home in light of the car being worked on without the legal owners consent (parents own the car), Mike then charged us for the unauthorized work and proceeded to tell us that "we no longer have a relationship," multiple times when we inquired about specific work that we did want done to the car (in this case all we wanted done was the bumper replaced) There would have been no problem if Paragon had contacted us before proceeding to work on the car, as at this time the request to only work on the bumper could have been presented and acknowledged. Mike must think he has the only autobody shop around with some unmatched quality, just read some of the other reviews...

  They repaired the side of my car and had to use a metallic black paint. When I got the car back I could not notice any difference between the factory paint and the newly painted side panels, plus the body work itself was perfect. I've never before experienced such a high quality job.

  Excellent service,parts and full door replacement done in 4 working days. I am a ship mechanic and I can tell good from bad these guys are good.

  Staff the service provided was fantastic. Made my new car back to the way I bought it. Everything was made easy from start to finish. Hopefully, I won't need to you guys again, but I will go back if I do!

  We took our car in for a repair of a collision. They were great. They fixed the side of our car-but when we got home our gas tank flap is broken. If we open side door it hits the gas door. They would not call back after multiple calls then their paperwork person conflicted what Mike said. We have pictures showing they fixed that side and she admitting to removing the gas tank flap, yet Mike said it was wear and tear and he will not replace or fix. He got angry and said despite her saying they touched it he will never admit to it. "Good luck with that" was his angry parting to us. Beware, it worked when we went in and doesn't when we left. Challenge them and an angry response and "do not come back here" will be your answer. Do not visit!!!
