My dad is 85 and he fell and fractured his hip while on vacation. He was brought to this hospital. My dad is from the Fresno area and Iā€™m LA county. So him being so far from home was hard. Lucky for us my dad landed at Paradise Valley Hospital! They have great drs, nurses and an awesome staff. Upon my first visit I immediately got a good vibe. My dad was well taken care of and the case managers worked closely with us to help us move my dad a step closer to home. We are very greatful for everything they did for our father.

All of the staff were very professional and caring. If it didn't take so long to get the results for the xrays then I would have given 5stars. I wish I would have asked for the name of the nurse that helped my mother back and forth to the restroom??? She was very caring and patient with my mother

Great staff in the behavioral health unit. The doctor was very helpful and had a lot of care in explaining a difficult medical decision for my younger sister. Highly recommend for anyone looking for behavioral health services.

Enter at your own risk! Homeless live in the waiting room where is smells and is unsanitary. Nurses cussing up and down the halls for patients in rooms to hear. Whats more scary is the banner on the builing stating they are #1 in the nation! For leaving patients for hours cussing in the halls and homeless living in your waiting rooms. I actually give them a negative 10 stars! Disgusted with this place.

I think the ICU unit was the absolute best. Empathy, genuine care, and concern would not have even come close compared to a Sharp Hospital. When the end of life came for the most dearest family member, it was such a joyous relief that they allowed many visitors to stream through hour after hour under quick notice. There were no issues with covid vaccination papers getting into the hospital, though all the nurses wore masks. I rate them šŸ‘Œ šŸ’Æ the best. Thank you, staff, for making one of the hardest times of our families more bearable.
