  I never leave reviews, but after my experience at Papaleo’s Auto Body I really felt like I should share my experience… My car had a tree branch fall on it, leaving 4 dents and a bunch of scratches on the hood. Normally I wouldn’t have considered going to Papaleo’s because it’s about 40 minutes from where I live, but a friend highly recommended the place and I’ve never been all that impressed by the auto body shops I’ve used in the past, so I decided to give them a shot. First off, Benny got me an appointment right away. Then, when I dropped my vehicle off, everyone was friendly and they started working on my car right away. By the end of the day I got a call that it was all done and ready for pick up – I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to make the repairs. Unfortunately, the shop closes at 4:30 pm and I wasn’t going to be able to get there until almost 5… so Benny stayed late and waited for me to get there. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. When I did get there, my car looked better than it did when I bought it new just 2 months prior. The hood was flawless – it literally looked like a brand new hood, and the whole car was polished and shining both inside and out. The talent of the employees at Papaleo’s Auto Body is amazing… between their top notch work and their impressive customer service, Papaleo’s Auto Body is the only place I’ll ever use again in the future and if you ever need any work done I highly recommend you use them too; you won’t regret it.

  Fantastic experience with Ben and Jill! They helped me out with my insurance claim and took care of everything for me. I highly recommend Papaleo's for any repairs, especially insurance claims!

  Truly the best customer service experience I have ever had, a shining example of being part of a community. As a long time resident of Newburgh, I came out of my home to find my car missing. I discovered some one hit it while parked over night and had totaled the car. It was towed and stored at Papaleo's. Of course, the concern of unexpected costs and managing the bureaucracy was overwhelming. What could have been a nightmare situation, was handled with kindness and support by the staff. Mike was incredibly supportive and I was treated like family. I experienced consistent communication, knowledgeable information, and genuine concern throughout the claim process. It was evident that they were concerned with my well-being and that I be taken care of after this spout of bad luck. I highly recommend Papaleo's to anyone seeking fair and honest service when in need.

  Papaleo's did an excellent job of fixing my vehicle, I couldn't be happier. They also worked well with my insurance adjuster in getting done what was necessary. My Durango looks brand new! Benny and his staff worked very efficiently, getting things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone with auto body needs.

  Truly quality work by an auto body shop that cares. This is a family business that has been in place for 25+ years and it shows. They will go to bat for their customers and fight with the insurance companies to ensure the customer gets the quality product they deserve. I am overwhelmingly satisfied and relieved that I took the time to find the best in the Hudson Valley when I needed repair work done!
