  Okay for 1 they dont know how to follow instructions we ordered light sauce 2 on one pizza it was supposed to been half and half but they put eveything on the hole pizza 3 the other pizza was to be light sause and they put extra on it and the pizza you cant eat my cousins dod wouldn't even eat it... Now i live in COUNCIL BLUFFS the one on 8th street an Broadway i order. From them about 3 to 4 times per week and they do great job but when i called this one i waited on hold over 10 mins and still didnt answer so i hung up it the worst pizza i have ever tried i spent 35.00 if i was you you should really try somewhere else to eat

  If you are pure vegetarian then this place is not recommended even if you order veggie pizza.They cut the veggie pizza & Bacon with same knife(cutter). Upon asking to use the different knife, the guy rudely replied,"There's no such policy in Papa Johns to use separate knives". After arguing for 20 minutes,left the place without Pizza. Local Pizza places do much better job than this. They don't even carry plates and cutlery.

  Good pizza. I love the garlic butter dipping sauce. The delivery drivers always have a hard time finding our apartment though.

  I tried calling to order a pizza about a week ago, but they put me on hold for ten minutes before I just hung up and went somewhere else. This time I called them as I got in my car to drive there, figuring I’d arrive shortly before it was ready. They put me on hold again. They had me on hold my entire drive over there. I looked inside before going in to see if they were busy, but two employees were just standing there talking by the front desk. By the time I walked into the store, I’d been on hold for eleven minutes. When I walked in, one employee went over to start rolling dough and the other picked up the phone and tried to answer it. I just showed them my phone, which he was now talking through. The one that answered the phone just blamed it on the other employee. The other employee just smirked at me like it was a funny joke. At this point I wasn’t going to buy a pizza, but I still asked him how much a large one topping costs and he had to turn around and stare at the menu in order to answer. Overall, this location has horrible customer service and incompetent employees who can’t even remember their standard prices.

  I love Papa Johns but after the experience i had i'm never ordering from this location, I placed an order online for me and my friends and after waiting about an hour and a half and no pizza we called just to make sure they got my order, They did but they told me that i put the wrong address. I told them that i screenshot the order confirmation and it shows i put the right info and also i order from here all of the time, They trans me to a manager Travis who kept telling me i put the wrong address and not once asked me what the correct address was, I told him i live on "S" like Sam ST but he keep saying i put S for South.???. That seems like someone put it in the GPS incorrectly. Instead of asking me what I wanted to do with my order he kept responding with an attitude telling me I did not awser my phone when i got no missed call !!! I just said cancel the order its not worth arguing about and he had the audacity to say i already canceled it and next time don't put the wrong address.i have been waiting such a long time and he didn't have enough Customer service skill to say he will get it fixed and get someone out right away! TRAVIS IS A BAD MANAGER AND THE REASON I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATIONS.
