  This is the second time they’ve lost my pizza. If you’re gonna use DoorDash instead of having your own delivery drivers please make sure they are competent. I likely won’t be ordering from here anymore being as it does not sound like they are about you not getting your food. I told the lady on the phone that my order had been marked as delivered for 30 minutes since 6:46 and she had the audacity to insult my intelligence by asking me what time I ordered my food. For the record it was two hours ago but I’m not dumb enough to think that if I ordered it 30 minutes ago that it would already be here. Do better!

  Awesome pizza, ready on time, not so great customer service this time. The word I most clearly heard from the cashier was “Huh?”

  This is the location near my mother’s house. Delivery is little slow during busy times but that’s understandable. Always get orders correct. Prefer way more than the Stonebridge location.

  The delivery driver first did not want to DELIVER. He asked for me to come outside. My order was less than $5 because I have Papa Dough (a GREAT customer). I suggested a $5 tip while handing the driver $20. Because he didn't have $10 change he suggested cancelling my order for the second time within the interaction. The manager responded that IF what I said were true; she wouldn't believe it because he's the best driver she has. I told her then Papa John's should be worried. I'd just take my business elsewhere. Bad customer service is normally reflected in the leadership of the business. You can't be rude and still expect me to GIVE you my money.

  If is wasn't cold and rainy this order would be going back. Nothing this bad looking should be leaving the store , this is a clear indication that the employees do not care what goes out, burnt so bad it was inedible and still cost me 6$ just to throw it out . Obviously management doesn't have the store under control.
