  Quick to put you on hold and never come back. Quick to hang up on you. Answer the phone extremely rude and respond in a frustrated tone.

  Understaffed at the hour that I went. Only one person running the entire store in the dinner hour. Needless to say the wait was a little longer than expected but the man working there was doing his best to get the orders out.
