  If I could give a negative star, I would do so! Not only did my order arrive 30 minutes after the time estimated by the tracker tool, but my girlfriend and I have been experiencing food poisoning symptoms since eating our order!! Are you kidding me! Don't know how to wash your hands before preparing customer orders!? Want to have diarrhea and vomit for a couple of days, order Papa Johns from this location!

  Orders always come correct, only issue is the delivery fee $4 not including the tip.

  Ridiculous! Shame on you papa johns. I ordered pizza during your regular business hours 11:18 AM to be precise and went to pick up my pizza, the door is locked and no one is there. I didn't have my phone with me as the location is across the street... so I waited 10 - 15 mins and no one came back. Went home and got my phone and called corporate. The girl working called the store and no one answered. I walked back over and stood an additional 20 to 30 mins. The guy finally came back and said he was on delivery, meanwhile my pizza has sat for over an hour and is now luke warm... no offer to remake or a refund... meanwhile my credit card is already charged. I called corporate again to follow up.... no one has even bothered to contact me back.... this is tuesday that this experience happened... now its Saturday. Wow papa johns, so disappointed.

  This is the worst pizza delivery I've ever seen. When they give me a wrong order, they don't even do apologize.
