  Online delivery was a fail. Food tracker never updated and after waiting 2 hours, pizza never arrived. No one answered the phone at restaurant. Maybe out of business. IDK

  Horrible location. Food extremely late and they just hang up on you when you ask why it’s taking so long. Whoever was answering the phone on 3/3/23 between 8:20 and 8:40 needs a good talking to from their manager.

  Order was correct, food was pretty good - up to the usual standard for the chain. I didn't get any notification when my pickup was ready but they kept it warm until I arrived. I didn't have any of the problems in other negative reviews.

  Order pizza for me and my wife on Friday night. Worst Papa Johns EVER!!!! Messed up my online order and then re-made one of our small pizza this way. They don’t even deserve a 1 star

  Ordered two pizzas, gluten free, no cheese and a large meat lovers with some additional toppings - order wrong! Recieved a gluten free LOADED with cheese and the large pizza was not cooked all the way through and doughy. Called three times to try and get someone; 1st time they picked up and hung up, 2nd time they picked up and left it off the hook (heard them banging and laughing), 3rd time answered and silence.
