::Staff is very nasty. They eat while making your food. They talk and laugh over your food while making it. One guy with long sweaty hair has a very very bad attitude.

::I wish I could give them 0 stars. We ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings, this evening. It took the delivery driver almost an hour to get here. After getting the order we realized that we got the wrong pizzas and one order of wings were wrong (also had the wrong name and address on it). We called to let them know and they said they would send the correct order. When delivery driver dropped the correct order off, she told us she needed the other order back, and I refused. Never once have I ever had to give a wrong order back. Were they going to try to deliver the food to other house? Thats just GROSS! Manager then called us back and accused us of scamming them out of pizza three times.. Excuse me? So we took a nice drive down there, to personally deliver the pizzas. While in there, he continuously accused us of scamming them. He also refused to let us see any previous receipt/receipts. After telling him that I was going to take it up with corporate in the morning and I needed his name, he refused to give it to me and told us to leave the store because we were threatening him. Manager then called LVMPD on us. After multiple requests, I finally got a name, don't know if it's correct (Antonio). He called my family racist and informed us that he just got out of prison. I'll enjoy my nice phone call with corporate in the morning.

::Bad customer service the guy on the phone was plunt and not happy. Didnt even ask me how i was going to pay for it. Delivery was 1 1\2 . I was in the delivery and customer service bussines and i undersatnd but thus is just plan bad service . I will find another place to order from. You just lost my bussines

::Took an hour to get my food. My family took about three or four slices (we are a family of five) only to find that the order was wrong. When I called I was told that if I wanted my pizza it would take another 40 minutes to get a new one out (yeah right that was the supposed eta of the first one). On top of that in order to get my correct order I needed to turn in the other pizza. Who does that? Don’t give customers an ultimatum for your screw ups. Own up to it so they actually respect you enough to want to ever come back.
