  Horrible place. Placed an order, told me it would take 45m, an hour later the manager called me to tell me they don't deliver to my address, even when gmaps said it was the closest location. They told me I was out of every delivery zone for every location when I live by fassion valley mall, and if I wanted I could pick it up at 1/2 off. I ordered delivery for a reason! After speaking to the manager and them telling me there is no way to rectify it, they said they would give me a refund... 3-5 days later. I've ordered from this exact location 3 or 4 times before. Thay are clearly negligent. Why not tell me when I gave you my address that you wouldn't deliver to me? Truley pathetic.

  I will never order from these guys again. I ordered 16 wings and they gave me 8. These guys will rob you. Never again!!!

  I have to start this by saying that this is the first time I have ever wrote a negative review. A couple weeks ago I ordered an extra large "The Works" pizza. When we got the pizza it was not "The Works" pizza. It did not have canadian bacon or veggies on it. I know that people make mistakes so I called Papa Johns and I offered to drive back up there and get the right pizza. I spoke to a lady that told me that I could drive up there or she could put a free pizza under our name. I told her that we would take the free pizza because it saved us time and money. Today I called Papa Johns to get my free pizza. I spoke to a man who claimed to be the manager and said that he could not find my free pizza on file. I told him my story in detail and the manager said he could not help me. He was extremely rude about it. I then confirmed with him by saying, "So you are telling me that I can't", and THEN HE INTERRUPTED ME and said, "no, you can't, I'm saying that you cannot get a pizza". Papa Johns has good pizza. I just wouldn't go to this one. Very poor customer service and there are other locations in the area. Looks like these other reviews confirm the poor service as well. Just want to save people the trouble

  Cynthia has bad customer service. I came in with my sister to get one of those really yummy cookies (reason you didn't get just 1 star) and she was standing at the register and ignored us. She obviously felt her conversation was more important than generating revenue. Then after telling us how much it cost, she went back to her conversation and I was standing there trying to give her my money while she just didn't respond. Then after telling us it would take 15 minutes, Mark (reason for the third star) told us it would actually only take six seconds. Anyhow you guys really need to work on your customer service cause it's severely lacking.
