  The customer service there sucks. The only person that really cares about customer service is mike. There is the Arab guy with a beard he has the worst customer service, he should be fired.

  Your customer service sucks and family pizza night was ruined.I have been a customer for many years even after your drivers were ripping me off giving themselves tips that were not approved by me.I understand you cc policy but my card is attached to my account and you need the 3 digit pen in order to use the card.Anywho the driver arrives and asks for my I'd and card I'm like I'm not sure if I have my card ( I gave it to my oldest to get Pampers don't remember him giving it back) but let me check , run back up stairs the driver pulls off. I immediately start calling him back he won't answer, I call the store wait on hold for at least 7mins finally someone answers the phone and says don't worry ma'am we've canceled your order.Like seriously you have to be kidding me, how does that help me, at the end of the day the pizza was paid for I had 4 hungry kids that behaved all day in order to get the pizza and your guys just canceled my order, the driver needs to learn patience. I have order online for years using my debit card and have NEVER had to show I'd nor my card. This is new and it's fine but for the driver to leave and my order to be canceled leaving my kids without dinner is beyond effed up. I'm disgusted with your customer service and the professionalism of your team members. Canceling the order was an incovience it was my last 20 bucks and it wont get back into my account for at least 3-4 days.

  I placed an ONLINE order at 5:10pm . Called at 5:13 and paid over the phone. My order has yet to arrive . It's not 8 pm I called the store and the lady working puts me on hold for 7 min to tell me he will be there in a few minutes.. I called 25 min after that phone call7:46pm.. just for the "manager" to tell me it's been sitting at the store. Awful service! It's now 7:58pm and I still have not received my order. He told me I'm going to be waiting another 30 minutes because she was wrong. I'm extremely disappointed in this type of staff they have their. Staff is beyond rude. And the manager doesn't care if his customers aren't happy. My order for considered cancelled but they was quick to make sure they charged my card still. Unbelievable.

  Okay my wings were burnt they probably made them and messed up and said "hey still send it over still". Then my pizza was not fresh, now anybody that orders pizza often or know pizza period know that when the grease has sunked into the box and the cheese and bread is stiff the pizza is not fresh. like if I can learn how to post pictures I will these wings look like a bbq gone wrong and i got plain so im able to clearly see my wings are burnt... Im a papa fan but if you order from them make it clear that if your order is not done right you will send it back maybe they will think twice about not taking into consideration the quality of the food they are serving customers who spend money which ultimately keeps the business going and a pay check in their damn pocket.Smfh !
